Busy, busy, busy!

Well, I got my shopping cart mostly fixed, and I have some email in to the credit card clearing house to get the last bit debugged. I've been working on designs for a potential web design client, too. Now I have to get busy with APO web stuff... :)

Of course, what I really want to do is get moving on my AMV. I'm getting my sisters to help me with an Anime Music Video idea I have... it'll be an "Anime Music" Video, so I won't be using any footage from any anime, though I will be using footage from an american partially animated series... hehehe... I'm not going to tell the details, but when I'm done, I'll post a link to the video here. But before Thanksgiving, I want to have a timeline for the song so I can map out what scenes I want where.

My trip to Amherst last night went well. My kids had the longest meeting of thiers I've ever attended (a whole hour and a half!), but they ended up voting down the idea of holding a conference there in Spring 2005. I need to contact each of the ones who opposed the idea and talk to them about why, so I can assuage their fears and be able to come up with strategies to prevent the things they're afraid of from happening.

Sigh. And, of course, the big news again: my brother proposed to his girlfriend, and they're getting married in the Summer. I've decided that I need to take on a new roommate, because even though I could afford to pay for this place all on my own, I won't be able to pay off much of the debt that albatross of a house left me with if I'm spending all my money on my apartment and utilities.

Oh, well. I guess that's it for now.

Ooh...I've been working on my first AMV, though life's gotten so mad that I've not been able to lately. Alas.

And congrats to your brother :)

Heh. I'm just hoping I can get both sisters to help. My youngest sister is excited to help, and she's got the equipment that will let me grab video from the VHS tapes I have of the source show. My oldest sister is the one I'm worried about: she's got the Mac all tricked out to run Final Cut Pro, but she tends not to be excited about helping me on my projects. I'm just hoping that she'll feel generous...
